For coaches

Read the radar and the pillar bars

The charts are all built from the same assessments; each one answers a different question.

Steps

  1. Open the player record for the headline: the radar, Latest overall and the change since last time.
  2. Press History and progress for the detail.
  3. Read Assessment progress for the overall trend, and Then vs now to compare the current assessment with the previous one.
  4. Read Skill history for the per-skill grid, and Focus areas for the five weakest skills.
  5. Press Create goal beside a focus area to turn a weakness into a goal.

Good to know

  • Each radar axis is a pillar, and its value is the mean of the skills you scored in that pillar. Skills you left blank are ignored, not counted as zero.
  • The overall is the mean of the pillar averages.
  • Skill history holds the last 12 assessments.
  • A deleted assessment disappears from every chart at once.
  • The player's own scores are drawn as a second line, labelled so the two are never confused.
