Edit, duplicate or delete an assessment
Fix a mis-typed score, start a new assessment from the last one, or take a wrong one out of the record.
Steps
- Open the player and press History and progress.
- Under All assessments, press Edit these scores to correct that assessment in place.
- Press Start a new one from these to open a fresh assessment pre-filled from that one.
- Press Delete to remove one.
Good to know
- An edit changes the original assessment rather than adding a new one, and is stamped so you can see it was edited. Per-skill notes travel with an edit.
- A duplicate is a brand new assessment on today's date. The scores carry over; the per-skill notes do not.
- Only the coach who ran an assessment, or the head coach, can edit it. The same rule applies to deleting: a coach may delete their own, a head coach may delete any.
- Deleting hides the assessment from the radar, the trends and the history immediately, but the scores stay in the database so a mis-click is recoverable and a data request still holds the truth.
- Edits and deletions are both written to the audit trail.
