Edit your assessment framework

Change the framework so it uses your club's language and covers what you actually coach.

Steps

Open Assessment framework and press Edit.
Press Add pillar for a new pillar, or type into Add a skill… under a pillar and press Add.
Type into Add a competency (scored R/A/G)… to add a competency under a skill.
Use the actions menu on any row for Edit pillar, Move up, Move down or a delete.
To rewrite a scale, press Edit rating levels on a skill, fill in the five descriptors and press Save levels.

Moving a pillar or skill renumbers the whole list, so the order you see is the order the assessment screen and the radar use.
Leave all five rating levels blank and the skill falls back to the built-in descriptors for its pillar, which is usually what you want.
Renaming is safe for history. Deleting a skill removes it from the scoring screen, so past scores for it stop being comparable.
Get a few assessments done before you rebuild the framework. It is much easier to see the gaps once you have used it in anger.
