For players

What your parents can see

If a parent or guardian is linked to you, they see the same portal you do, in their own words, for your record.

Steps

  1. Open Progress, Sessions and Goals. That is what a linked parent sees too.
  2. Open Messages and check who is named under each thread.
  3. If you think someone is linked to you who should not be, tell your coach. They control the links.

Good to know

  • A parent has to be approved by your coach before they see anything at all. An unapproved link shows them nothing.
  • A linked parent sees your sessions, goals, practice, tournament entries, forms, coach notes that have been sent, and your radar including the ratings you gave yourself.
  • They can reply to sessions, check you in, tick off practice and log tournaments for you.
  • They cannot rate you. A self assessment only ever comes from your own login.
  • They do not see the private entries you add to your own calendar.
  • They see a family thread they are in, and a private thread between you and a coach if one exists. They do not see other players' records.
