Turn emails off
You can stop Rotate emailing you and still use the portal exactly as before.
Steps
- Open Account. On a phone it sits behind More; on a computer it is in the rail on the left.
- Find the tick box that says Email me session reminders and updates.
- Untick it.
- Press Save changes.
- You can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, which does the same thing in one tap.
Good to know
- Turn this off and nothing is emailed to you. The portal still shows everything, so check it yourself for sessions and forms.
- While you are under 18, session reminders go to your linked parents rather than to you, so turning this off changes less than you might expect.
- A few essential emails, like a password reset you asked for, still come through.
- Turn it back on the same way whenever you want.
