Change your password

Change your password from your account page, or reset it from the sign-in page if you cannot get in at all.

Steps

1. Open Account. On a phone it sits behind More; on a computer it is in the rail on the left.
2. Under Password, press Change password.
3. Fill in Current password, New password and Confirm new password.
4. Press Update password.
5. Cannot sign in at all? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page and follow the link you are emailed.

Good to know

• At least 8 characters. A phrase you will remember beats a word with a number stuck on the end.
• Changing your password signs you out of every other device, which is exactly what you want if someone else has been on your account.
• The reset page always says it has sent an email, whether or not the address has an account. That is deliberate.
• Never share your password with a coach or anyone else. Nobody in your club needs it.
