Record consent for a player

Four consents are tracked per player, so you can answer "are we allowed to?" without going through a folder of paper forms.

Steps

Open the player and scroll to Consents.
Find the type you need: Photo and video, Data processing, Medical or Communications.
Press the button beside it to switch between Granted and Not granted.

Consent is append-only and versioned. Nothing is overwritten; a new version is added and the latest one is what everyone reads.
Rotate records who recorded it and where from, so a coach decision and a parent decision are told apart.
Parents can record the same four consents themselves in their own portal, for a child whose link you have approved.
Communications is enforced, not decorative: a player whose comms consent is set to not granted is skipped by session reminder emails.
Every change writes an audit row.
