Notes on a player
Two kinds of note, and the only difference that matters is who reads it.
Steps
- Open the player and find the Notes section.
- Press Add to open Add a note.
- Choose Journal or Diary, and for a journal note decide whether to share it with the player.
- Write the note and press Save note.
- To remove one, use the Note actions menu on the row and choose Delete.
Good to know
- A Journal note can be shared with the family. A shared one is tagged Shared and appears in the player's portal.
- A Diary note stays with the coaches.
- Deleting a note is permanent, so you are asked to confirm.
- The most recent note also shows as Latest note at the top of the player record.
- Players write diary notes of their own from the portal, and those are always shared with you.
