Session reminder emails, and how to stop them

The day before a session, a reminder goes out about it, and you can turn those off without losing anything in the app.

Steps

Press More, then Account.
Find the tick box Email me session reminders and updates.
Untick it and press Save changes.
Or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any reminder email, which does the same thing in one click.

Reminders about a child under 18 are sent to their approved parents, never to the child. That is a safeguarding rule and it is not adjustable.
Turning the tick box off mutes email to you only. Other parents linked to the same child keep getting theirs.
To stop reminders about a child for everyone, withdraw Communications consent instead.
Turning email off changes nothing in the app. Sessions, notes, forms and fees all still appear when you sign in.
Password reset emails always come through, because you would be locked out otherwise.
