Squad selection

A private review of every player, for the conversation about who stays in the squad next season.

Steps

Open Squad selection from the Club group. If it is off, the head coach presses Turn on squad selection.
Press Review on a player.
Set the Overall rating to Red, Amber or Green.
Pick a Decision: Remove (to club), Retain, at risk, Retain or Nominate for next squad.
Add comments under Profile, Progress on goals and Competition results, then press Save review.

Players and parents never see any of this. It is coaches only, and it stays that way.
Reviews are append-only. A new review is added alongside the old one rather than replacing it, so you can see how a view changed.
Turn on squad selection and Turn off squad selection are head coach only. Until it is on, other coaches cannot see the page at all.
The tally at the top counts red, amber, green and not reviewed across the roster.
A decision is optional. A rating on its own is a valid review.
