Message a player or a parent

Messaging inside Rotate, with the safeguarding rules built in rather than left to your judgement at 10pm.

Steps

Open Comms.
Press New message and pick who from the list.
Or press New group, give it a title and add members, then Create group.
Type into Write a message, or paste a video link and press send.
Pasting a video? Fill in Start at in mm:ss so it opens at the moment you mean.
Long-press or use the message menu to react, or to Delete message.

There is no direct one-to-one messaging between a coach and an under-18. The picker offers you the child's approved parent instead, shown as "parent of" that child.
A child with no linked parent is not offered at all. Link and approve a parent first.
A parent can open a family thread with you and their child in it together, which is the transparent way to include a young player.
Adult players are offered directly, as normal.
Opening a one-to-one about a player shows their recent shared notes and active goals beside the thread.
