Post a club announcement

One message to the whole club, shown on every player's and parent's home page.

Steps

1. Open Comms.
2. Press Post an announcement.
3. Add an optional title and write the message.
4. Press Post announcement.
5. To see or remove past ones, open Club announcements from the menu and use the Announcement actions menu.

Good to know

• An announcement goes to everybody in the workspace. There is no way to send one to a single squad, so use a group thread for that.
• The three latest announcements show on the player and parent home pages, and in the notifications bell.
• The history keeps the latest 20.
• An announcement is one-way. Nobody replies to it, so put a "message me" line in if you need answers.
