Coaches and roles
Who coaches in this workspace, and which of them is head coach.
Steps
- Open Coaches from the Club group.
- Press Invite a coach and share the coach invite code.
- When they join, use the Coach actions menu on their row.
- Choose Make head coach or Make a coach to change their role.
- Choose Remove from the club to take away their access.
Good to know
- Coaches are free. Your subscription is a flat base plus your players, so adding coaches never costs more.
- Only a head coach can change roles or remove a coach.
- Head coach only, everywhere else in Rotate: deleting a player permanently, changing club settings, regenerating invite codes, everything on Billing, sending referral invitations, turning squad selection on or off, and setting up payments.
- Removing a coach keeps their record, so past assessments still show who ran them.
- A coach who has been invited but has not joined yet shows as Invite pending.
