Share a plan with players
Sharing puts the session plan in front of the enrolled players and their parents, videos and all.
Steps
- Open the session and build the plan.
- Press Share plan at the top of the page.
- The button now reads Shared with players. Press it again to unshare.
- When the session is done, press Mark delivered.
Good to know
- Only enrolled players and their approved parents see a shared plan.
- Edits to a shared plan are live. There is no separate publish step, so finish the plan before you share it if you would rather they saw it whole.
- Unsharing hides it again immediately.
- Mark delivered records that the session was run. It does not share anything and it does not take a register.
