Manage players and coaches on a session
Who is expected on court, who has replied, and which coach is running it.
Steps
- Open the session from Sessions.
- Press Manage players to add or remove players from On this session.
- Read each player's reply beside their name: Going, Maybe, Can't make it or No reply.
- Press Assign coaches to set the Lead coach and add Supporting coaches.
Good to know
- Enrolling a player puts the session in their portal and their calendar, and lets them RSVP.
- RSVPs are the family's answer, not a register. They never count towards attendance or adherence.
- A session with no lead shows as Unassigned.
- Parents can RSVP on behalf of a child whose link you have approved.
- A one to one enrols its player when you create it, so there is normally nothing to do here.
