Who can see what about your child
Three groups of people exist in your club's Rotate: the coaching team, your family, and everyone else, who sees nothing about your child at all.
Steps
- Open Progress to see exactly what the coach has scored and shared.
- Open Sessions to see whether your child was marked in, and any note the coach chose to send.
- Open Calendar and look under Your own entries for anything you added yourself.
Good to know
- Other parents at the club cannot see your child's scores, attendance, goals, notes or fees.
- Coaches keep private session notes that are never shown to you. A note only reaches you once the coach sends it, and then it appears on the session.
- A note you write for the coach always goes to the coach. It is not private.
- Entries you add under Your own entries on the calendar are seen by nobody else: not the coach, and not your child.
- When your child rates themselves, the coach can compare it with their own scoring. That is the point of it.
- In a shared thread, everyone in the thread sees everything. The header tells you who, for example Seen by you, Coach Gavin and Ella.
