What you are consenting to
You decide four things about what your child's club may do, and each one is set separately so agreeing to one never implies the others.
Steps
- Open Your family and find your child's section.
- Press Consent and a note to the coach.
- Read the four rows under Consent. A filled dot means you have given it.
Good to know
- Photos & video: the club may take and use photographs and video of your child, including video the coach records to review technique.
- Storing development data: the club may keep assessments, goals, attendance and progress over time. Without it, the coach has no history to coach from.
- Medical information: the club may hold what you tell them about injuries, conditions and medication, so the right people know courtside.
- Communications: the club may email you about your child's training. Withdraw this and session reminder emails stop.
- Every decision is stored with the date, who made it and where it was made. Nothing is ever overwritten, so the record of what you agreed to and when is always there.
- A coach can also record a decision you gave them in person. It is stamped as coach recorded rather than as yours.
