Message the coach

Messages is the direct line to your coaching team, and it keeps everything in one place instead of across texts and social media.

Steps

Open Messages.
Press Message a coach.
Under Who should see this?, choose Coach only for a private thread between you and the coach.
Pick the coach's name from the list.
Type in the box at the bottom and press the send button. On a computer, Enter sends and Shift with Enter starts a new line.

To reply to an existing conversation, tap it in the list rather than starting a new one.
Tap an emoji under a message to acknowledge it without typing. Tap it again to take it back.
You can delete your own message. It then shows as Message deleted to everyone, so it is not a way to unsay something quietly.
Paste a video link and a Start at box appears, so a coach's clip can open at the right moment.
A number on Messages is how many are unread.
