For coaches

What players and parents see

Players and parents get their own portal, and almost nothing you write is in it unless you deliberately put it there.

Steps

  1. Assume coach-only by default. Private session notes, squad-selection reviews and diary notes never leave the coaching team.
  2. To share a session plan, open the session and press Share plan.
  3. To share a note, add it as a Journal note and tick the share option, or write a follow-up on the calendar and press Send follow-up.
  4. To tell the whole club something, use Post an announcement in Comms.

Good to know

  • Families always see: their own sessions and RSVPs, goals that are planned, active or completed, home practice, forms sent to them, the club calendar, announcements, and their radar and progress.
  • Families never see: your private session notes, archived goals, squad-selection evaluations, your assessment drafts before you save, or another family's anything.
  • A follow-up is invisible to the family until you press Send, and cannot be sent twice.
  • A player's own personal calendar entries are private from you, in the same way.
