What players and parents see
Players and parents get their own portal, and almost nothing you write is in it unless you deliberately put it there.
Steps
- Assume coach-only by default. Private session notes, squad-selection reviews and diary notes never leave the coaching team.
- To share a session plan, open the session and press Share plan.
- To share a note, add it as a Journal note and tick the share option, or write a follow-up on the calendar and press Send follow-up.
- To tell the whole club something, use Post an announcement in Comms.
Good to know
- Families always see: their own sessions and RSVPs, goals that are planned, active or completed, home practice, forms sent to them, the club calendar, announcements, and their radar and progress.
- Families never see: your private session notes, archived goals, squad-selection evaluations, your assessment drafts before you save, or another family's anything.
- A follow-up is invisible to the family until you press Send, and cannot be sent twice.
- A player's own personal calendar entries are private from you, in the same way.
