Invite players, parents and coaches

There are two ways into your workspace: a shared code anyone can type, and a personal email invite tied to one player record.

Steps

Go to Club settings and find Invite codes.
Copy the Player invite, Parent invite or Coach invite code (they look like RP-A1B2C3).
Send it on. The person creates an account and enters it under Join with an invite code, or types it on the Join your club page if they have already registered.

Open the player from Players and scroll to Family and account.
Under Invite by email, type the address and choose Parent or the player's own name under As.
Press Send invite.

A personal link expires after 14 days and connects that person to that exact player record, so nobody has to hunt for a code.
You can send up to 20 personal invites a day across the whole workspace.
Anyone under 13 cannot create their own account. A parent or guardian sets it up and manages it.
A parent link still needs your approval before the parent sees any of the child's data.
If an invite email cannot be delivered, Rotate tells you so on the page rather than failing silently.
