For players

Your goals

Goals are the two or three things you and your coach agreed to push on, with a target date so they do not drift.

Steps

  1. Tap Goals.
  2. Current goals is what you are on now, each with its category and how long is left.
  3. Coming next is set by your coach but not started yet.
  4. Goals achieved is what your coach has signed off.
  5. Not sure what yours should be? Ask your coach, usually straight after an assessment.

Good to know

  • Only your coach creates, edits and signs off a goal. You cannot add one yourself, and you cannot tick one off.
  • A goal past its target date shows as overdue in red. That is a prompt to talk to your coach, not a telling off.
  • Coaches keep the number of live goals small on purpose. Three things you actually do beats ten you look at.
  • If your coach files a goal away it disappears from all three lists. Nobody sees an archived goal, including you.
