Read the coach's note and the session plan

After a session the coach can send a note, and share the plan they used, so you know what was worked on rather than relying on the car journey home.

Steps

Open Sessions for the child you want.
Look under Already done, most recent first.
Read the panel headed Note from your coach, or Note to the squad when it went to everyone.
Press See the session plan to open what was actually run, block by block.

A note only reaches you once the coach sends it. Their own working notes stay private, and you will never see them.
Not every session has a note or a shared plan. That is a coach's choice each time, not a fault.
Your child's home page also shows the two most recent notes without going into Sessions.
You may also get an email letting you know a note has arrived. The note itself always lives here, so nothing is lost if the email does not reach you.
