Say whether your child can make a session
Answering a session tells the coach who to expect, which is what lets them plan courts and pairings before they arrive.
Steps
- Open Your family, or Sessions for one child.
- Find the session. On the family page look under Can they make it?.
- Press Going, Maybe or Can't.
- The chip fills in straight away. Press a different one to change your answer.
Good to know
- You can answer for any child whose link is approved, and you can change the answer as often as you need until the session happens.
- Your family shows the next three sessions per child. Sessions shows everything under Coming up.
- Answering is not the same as attending. The coach marks who actually turned up, and their mark is the one that counts.
- A one to one session shows a One to one tag and uses a title your child would recognise, not their own name.
- If nothing is listed, the coach has not added your child to a session yet.
