See the session plan and your coach's note
When your coach shares a plan you can see what the session holds before you get there, and after it they can send a note about how it went.
Steps
- Open Sessions and find the session.
- If your coach shared the plan there is a See the session plan link. Tap it to open the blocks and what is in each one.
- Tap Hide the session plan to close it again.
- After a session, look for Note from your coach on the session card, or the After the last session panel on Home.
Good to know
- You only see a plan if your coach chose to share it. No link means it is not shared, not that there is no plan.
- Note from your coach is written for you. Note to the squad went to everybody in that session.
- A note only appears once your coach sends it. Anything they are still drafting, and any note they marked private, stays with them.
- Home shows the two most recent notes. Older ones stay on the session itself under Already done.
