Fill in a form
A form opens on its own page with your club's name at the top, and sending it puts your answers straight in front of your coach.
Steps
- Open the form from Forms, or from the link your club sent you.
- Read the description under the title if there is one.
- Answer the fields under Your answers. Anything with a star beside it has to be filled in.
- Press Send to my club.
- You get a confirmation screen saying Sent. Thank you. Use Back to forms to return.
Good to know
- Miss a required field and the page tells you rather than sending a half-finished form.
- A tick box counts as answered only if you tick it, so leaving it unticked is a real "no".
- Once it is sent you cannot edit it. Opening it again shows Already sent. If you got something wrong, message your coach.
- Your coach sees your answers as soon as they arrive.
